Selfbit is an AI-powered habit tracking and journaling platform. The service includes web and mobile applications that help users build better habits through personalized insights and recommendations.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Selfbit cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the subscription fee at the chosen interval
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Our 14-day refund policy for new subscriptions

5. BYOT (Bring Your Own Tokens)

If you use the BYOT feature with your own AI API keys, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your API keys
  • All charges incurred through your API provider
  • Compliance with your API provider's terms of service

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Upload malicious content or code

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Selfbit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Selfbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or in-app notification.
